The Soundtrack Mix: Part 1

I am a big soundtrack fan.  Not only do most of them give you a mix of music that span different genres, but soundtracks are a way to discover an artist or band that you had not known about before.  Also, artists use soundtracks to release material that might not have been a fit on one of their albums.  It's always great when it is your favorite artists that do this.

So I've decided to do a mix of songs that have appeared in soundtracks.  The criteria that I've set up is that the song had to appear in a movie or on the released soundtrack, and I chose to include soundtracks that were released between the years 2000 and 2007.   While selecting songs, I had enough to break it up in to several parts.  So this will be either a two or three parter.  Hope you enjoy, and be sure to include some of your soundtrack favorites in the comments.
